Ingredients

  • 4 cups macaroni
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 chopped cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Boil the macaroni until al dente.
  2. Drain the macaroni and rinse with cold water to cool.
  3. Add salt to the cooked macaroni to taste.
  4. Mix chopped onion, tomato, cucumbers, and bell pepper in a bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise to the vegetable mixture to desired creaminess.
  6. Combine the cooled macaroni with the vegetable and mayonnaise mixture.
