Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 to 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 to 5 Tbsp. cottage cheese
  • bread or toast

Instructions

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Add flour and milk; stir until thickens.
  3. Add eggs to white sauce; stir well.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Serve on bread or toast.
