Ingredients

  • 4 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 pkg. smoked sausage, sliced thin
  • 3 large onions
  • 3 large green peppers
  • 2 cans whole tomatoes
  • 3 small cans tomato paste
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 3 Tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine meat with onions, bell peppers, beans, tomatoes and 2 cups water.
  2. In separate pan combine all other ingredients.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes and fold in with meat mixture.
  4. Simmer 2 hours. Serve.
