Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bag tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3 chopped scallions
  • 1/2 cup jalapeno peppers
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Lay chips in a shallow pan; sprinkle Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over chips; sprinkle chopped scallions and jalapeno peppers over this; spread salsa over the mixture.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
