- Combine 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated.
- Place the coated balls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
- Remove cookies immediately from the sheet and cool.
