Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, beaten eggs, salt, black pepper, cracker crumbs, and milk.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan and shape into a loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
