Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box banana cream instant pudding
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Powdered sugar, sifted

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except powdered sugar, well.
  2. Pour the batter into a well-greased tube pan.
  3. Bake for 1 hour at 250°F (121°C).
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
