Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. wide egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion and green pepper.
  2. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Drain the cooked noodles.
  4. In a 13 x 9-inch pan, combine the cooked noodles, browned ground beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, and tomato soup.
  5. Mix everything well to combine.
  6. Top the mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
