Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can refried beans
  • 1/2 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. avocado dip
  • 1 cup chopped black olives
  • chopped scallions

Instructions

  1. Spread the refried beans mixed with taco seasoning evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
  2. Optional: Layer chopped green chilies over the beans.
  3. Mix sour cream with remaining taco seasoning and mayonnaise, then spread over the beans layer.
  4. Spread avocado dip evenly over the sour cream layer.
  5. Sprinkle chopped black olives over the avocado layer.
  6. Add chopped scallions on top of the olives.
  7. Layer shredded lettuce over the scallions.
  8. Distribute chopped tomatoes over the lettuce.
  9. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese generously over the top before serving.
