- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Oil a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Slice cheese about 1/4-inch thick, 4 inches long, and 2 inches wide.
- Prepare the quesadillas by stacking one slice of each kind of cheese near the edge of a tortilla.
- Top with a rounded teaspoon each of chopped onion and chopped green chilies.
- Roll tortillas up around the cheese and fold the ends under to form 12 small packages.
- Place the rolled tortillas in the prepared casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
