- Gently fold the egg whites into the batter until combined.
- Pour the batter into an ungreased chiffon cake pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Invert the cake and let it cool completely before removing from the pan.
