  • 1 cup coffee cream
  • 2 cups maple syrup
  • light sweet chocolate

Instructions

  1. Cook the coffee cream and maple syrup to 238°F (soft ball stage).
  2. Pour the mixture onto a cold slab and let it cool to lukewarm.
  3. Work with a spatula or paddle until the mass holds its shape.
  4. Form into 3/4-inch balls and dip in melted light sweet chocolate.
