Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 slices white bread
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish.
  2. Empty the can of crushed pineapple (with juice) into the prepared casserole dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together.
  4. Add the flour to the egg mixture and mix well.
  5. Combine the egg, sugar, and flour mixture with the crushed pineapple.
  6. Place the bread cubes evenly on top of the pineapple mixture.
  7. Pour melted butter over the bread cubes.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. If it gets too brown, cover loosely with foil before baking.
