- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish.
- Empty the can of crushed pineapple (with juice) into the prepared casserole dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together.
- Add the flour to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Combine the egg, sugar, and flour mixture with the crushed pineapple.
- Place the bread cubes evenly on top of the pineapple mixture.
- Pour melted butter over the bread cubes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. If it gets too brown, cover loosely with foil before baking.
