Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Place ham slices on a broiler pan.
  3. Combine maple syrup and Dijon-style mustard in a small bowl.
  4. Brush each ham slice with about 1 1/2 teaspoons of the syrup mixture.
  5. Broil the ham slices 4 inches below the heat for about 4 minutes or until they start to brown.
  6. Turn the slices over and brush with the remaining syrup mixture.
  7. Broil until browned.
