Maple Walnut Cups

Instructions
- Knead together the first 3 ingredients until well blended; divide into 16 pieces.
- Press onto bottom and sides of tassie pans. Sprinkle walnuts in bottom of lined pans.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in saucepan; remove from heat.
- Stir the corn syrup, extract and egg into melted butter.
- Spoon syrup mixture on top.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Makes approximately 16.
