Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup unsifted flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Prepare chocolate crumb crust.
  3. Stir together margarine and cocoa until smooth.
  4. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  5. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  6. Beat in eggs and vanilla, then add flour.
  7. Measure 1 1/2 cups of batter into a medium bowl.
  8. Beat in cocoa mixture into the reserved batter.
  9. Spoon half of the vanilla batter into the prepared pan, then half of the chocolate batter.
  10. Repeat with remaining batters, ending with chocolate batter.
  11. Use a spatula to cut through the batters to create a marbled effect.
  12. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  13. Cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator.
