- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Prepare chocolate crumb crust.
- Stir together margarine and cocoa until smooth.
- In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla, then add flour.
- Measure 1 1/2 cups of batter into a medium bowl.
- Beat in cocoa mixture into the reserved batter.
- Spoon half of the vanilla batter into the prepared pan, then half of the chocolate batter.
- Repeat with remaining batters, ending with chocolate batter.
- Use a spatula to cut through the batters to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator.
