Ingredients

  • 30 oz. canned yellow corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped including the green tops
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned corn and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add chopped green onions, chopped tomatoes, and cubed cheddar cheese to the bowl.
  3. Stir in mayonnaise until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
