Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 6 sliced cubed bread
  • 1 can vegeburger
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp oregano or basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 lb grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute onions in butter until translucent, then add the bread cubes and cook briefly.
  2. Set aside the sautéed mixture.
  3. In a bowl, mix the vegeburger, eggs, oregano or basil, salt, and garlic salt until well combined.
  4. Add the sautéed onions and bread mixture to the bowl, then stir in the grated cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan, pressing down gently.
  6. Bake until cooked through and golden on top.
