Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. basil vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano
  • 1 tsp. fresh basil
  • dash of ground mustard
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1 can black olives

Instructions

  1. Mix basil vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, crushed garlic, chopped oregano, chopped basil, ground mustard, and freshly ground pepper in a bowl.
  2. Pour the marinade over the drained black olives in a container.
  3. Refrigerate and marinate overnight before serving.
