Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 lb. beef bottom round roast
  • 8 to 12 ounces Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic powder
  • onion salt
  • lemon pepper
  • paprika
  • Italian seasoning
  • seasoned salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour approximately 8 to 12 ounces of Worcestershire sauce into a plastic bag.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion salt, lemon pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and seasoned salt (if desired) to the bag.
  3. Place the beef bottom round roast into the bag with the marinade.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 24 hours.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Remove the roast from the marinade and place it uncovered in a baking dish.
  7. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 20 minutes for medium to well done.
