Tips & Substitutions

For added flavor, consider marinating the broccoli and mushrooms overnight instead of just a few hours. If you prefer a different vinegar, apple cider or red wine vinegar can be good substitutes for tarragon vinegar. You can also use fresh herbs like basil or cilantro instead of parsley for a unique twist.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this marinated broccoli and mushrooms as a refreshing side dish alongside grilled meats or fish. It pairs beautifully with Green Salad With Fruit for a light meal. For an even heartier option, serve it with a grain-based dish like quinoa or brown rice.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, you can enjoy them cold as a salad or gently warm them in a microwave for about 30 seconds. Avoid overheating to maintain their texture.
