Ingredients

  • 1 c. black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 c. pimento
  • 2/3 c. green pepper
  • 4 c. cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • garlic or garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Ensure the cauliflower is well coated with the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour before serving.
