Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 chicken breasts, deboned
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic salt, herb dressing mix, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the mixture and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and roll in dry dressing mix.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in the bottom of a long casserole dish.
  5. Melt margarine and pour over the chicken.
  6. Bake at 350°F for approximately 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until done.
