Marinated Mixed Vegetable Salad

A refreshing and tangy vegetable salad featuring mixed vegetables, celery, green onions, and dill, perfect as a light side or picnic dish for all occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 c. finely cut celery
  • 2 green onions (tops and all), chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 heaping tsp. dill weed

Instructions

  1. Barely cook the mixed vegetables in salted water.
  2. Drain and cool the vegetables.
  3. Add finely cut celery, chopped green onions, sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and dill weed to the cooled vegetables.
  4. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  5. Marinate the salad overnight before serving.
