Ingredients

  • 1 rabbit, dressed
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the rabbit into serving size pieces.
  2. Combine melted margarine, vegetable oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, oregano, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  3. Cover the rabbit pieces with the marinade and marinate overnight at room temperature.
