Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup cooking sherry
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour over the roast.
  2. Turn the roast over in the sauce to coat all sides.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Bake in a slow oven at 325°F.
