Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chopped steak
  • 1 jar Zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 lb. potatoes, sliced extra thin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped steak, Zesty Italian dressing, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper in a large Ziploc bag and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Remove the contents from the bag and broil until the steak and vegetables are tender.
  3. Slice potatoes very thin and cook or broil until crispy or tender as desired.
