Ingredients

  • 6 oz. egg noodle bows
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c. shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodle bows according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil and sauté chopped onion until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef, salt, and pepper; cook until beef is no longer pink.
  4. Combine cooked noodles, creamed corn, tomato soup, drained mushrooms, and the cooked beef mixture in a 2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
