Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 cups thin sliced potatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with chopped onion, salt, and pepper in a skillet.
  2. Stir in raw sliced potatoes, undiluted tomato soup, and kidney beans.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 325°F for 1.5 hours.
