Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried whole dill weed
  • 3 Tbsp. frozen minced chives
  • 8 slices very thin white bread
  • 8 slices very thin whole wheat bread
  • thinly sliced cucumber
  • thinly sliced squash
  • thinly sliced radishes

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in sour cream, garlic salt, white pepper, dill weed, and minced chives.
  2. Set aside the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Cut each bread slice into two 1 3/4-inch rounds.
  4. Keep bread covered with damp towels while assembling.
  5. Spread each bread round with 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Top with thinly sliced cucumber, squash, radishes, shredded carrot, cherry tomato slices, and watercress as desired.
