Vegetable Canapes

Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole dill weed ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. frozen minced chives ⓘ
- 8 slices very thin white bread ⓘ
- 8 slices very thin whole wheat bread
- thinly sliced cucumber ⓘ
- thinly sliced squash ⓘ
- thinly sliced radishes ⓘ
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in sour cream, garlic salt, white pepper, dill weed, and minced chives.
- Set aside the cream cheese mixture.
- Cut each bread slice into two 1 3/4-inch rounds.
- Keep bread covered with damp towels while assembling.
- Spread each bread round with 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with thinly sliced cucumber, squash, radishes, shredded carrot, cherry tomato slices, and watercress as desired.
