Juicy pork chops baked with a flavorful onion and cream of chicken sauce, enhanced by Worcestershire and catsup, perfect for a comforting family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Trim off fat from the pork chops.
  2. Heat fat in a skillet and brown the pork chops slightly.
  3. Place the browned pork chops in a baking pan.
  4. Top the pork chops with sliced onions.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, catsup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Pour the mixture over the pork chops and onions.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes or until cooked through.
