Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. thin cream
  • 1/2 c. white syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 7 marshmallows
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. walnuts

Instructions

  1. Cook sugar, cream, syrup, cocoa, and marshmallows to a soft-ball stage.
  2. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
  3. Cool slightly, then add walnuts.
  4. Beat until thick.
  5. Pour into a buttered dish and allow to cool completely before cutting.
