Ingredients

  • 1 pint cream, whipped
  • 1 pound marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 pound vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Dissolve marshmallows in warmed, but not boiled, milk.
  2. Cool slightly.
  3. Add whipped cream, crushed pineapple, and chopped pecans to the marshmallow mixture.
  4. Mix crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter; press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Save a few crushed wafers to sprinkle on top.
  6. Pour the pineapple mixture into the prepared crust.
  7. Refrigerate for 12 hours before serving.
