Ingredients

  • 2 qt. water
  • 4 tsp. chicken bouillon
  • 2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1 bag California Blend
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring water, chicken bouillon, potatoes, celery, and onion to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Add the California Blend vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cream of chicken soup and Velveeta cheese.
  4. Simmer the soup until the cheese melts, about 20 minutes.
