Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup chocolate morsels

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine and then combine it with the sugar and vanilla wafer crumbs.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly against the bottom and sides of a microwave-safe dish to form the crust.
  3. Cook the crust in the microwave on full power for 1 minute or until bubbling near the edges.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  6. Mix in sugar and vanilla until the mixture is smooth.
  7. Pour the cream cheese filling over the crust.
