  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed

  • 1 pint sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 3/4 cup crumbled bacon
  • 5 small green onions

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 55 minutes until golden and bubbly.
