Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 medium or large potatoes
  • 2 to 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 3 sweet pickles, chopped
  • 1 to 3 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 to 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and cook in salted water until tender.
  2. Mash the cooked potatoes well.
  3. Add chopped hard-boiled eggs, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped sweet pickles, mustard, Miracle Whip, and celery seed to the mashed potatoes.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Sprinkle celery seed on top before serving. Optionally, add sliced boiled eggs on top.
