Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
