Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 cup light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger

Instructions

  1. About 5 minutes before using, in a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Use to marinate any beef, shrimp, or lamb before grilling.
  3. Wonderful on Rib Eye steak.
  4. You'll never use steak sauce again!
