Ingredients

  • 2 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 chunk ginger, peeled and crushed
  • 6 lb. Texas style ribs

Instructions

  1. Combine dark brown sugar, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, and crushed ginger in a pot over low heat.
  2. Add the ribs to the marinade and let them marinate for 24 to 48 hours.
  3. Remove the ribs from the marinade and barbecue until cooked through and caramelized.
