Ingredients

  • 2 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. flour
  • 5 c. oatmeal, ground in food processor
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, ground in food processor
  • 24 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  3. Mix together both mixtures.
  4. Bake at 375° for 6 to 10 minutes.
  5. Makes 112 cookies.
