Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • dash of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, lemon juice, melted butter, flour, and milk in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell.
  3. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour until the top is crusty and golden.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
