Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1/2 lb. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 tsp. green pepper, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • crackers of choice

Instructions

  1. In a double saucepan, combine the tomato soup, grated Cheddar cheese, minced onion, and minced green pepper.
  2. Cook slowly until the cheese is melted and the onion and green pepper are tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook slowly for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Serve hot on crackers.
