Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 slices fresh bread
  • 1/2 cup dry milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground beef, dry milk, grated onion, torn bread slices, Worcestershire sauce, and half the tomato sauce in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a small loaf pan and pour the remaining tomato sauce over the top.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 45 minutes until cooked through.
