Ingredients

  • 1 lb. flank steak
  • 1 pkg. hot dogs
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Place steak and hot dogs in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange sliced potatoes and tomatoes on top of the meat and hot dogs.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, and bread crumbs.
  5. Add 1 cup water to the dish.
  6. Cover and bake at 400°F for about 1 1/2 hours.
