Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 small garlic cloves
  • 1/3 small pkg. frozen spinach, chopped fine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into one-inch balls.
  3. Drop the meatballs into hot tomato sauce.
  4. Simmer for about 2 hours until cooked through and flavors meld.
