Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 pkg. Feta cheese
  • 1/2 c. seedless green grapes
  • 1/2 c. pine nuts
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh cracked pepper
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Toss the romaine lettuce, feta cheese, green grapes, and toasted pine nuts together in a large bowl.
  2. Combine white wine vinegar, fresh cracked pepper, and a dash of salt in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in olive oil to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
