Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in bite-size pieces
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. small egg noodles, crushed
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans green beans, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook the round steak with water for approximately 15 minutes; then set aside.
  2. In a large pot, add the cooked steak and water, then stir in the crushed egg noodles, chopped onion, Minute rice, drained green beans, salt, ground allspice, black pepper, and tomato sauce.
  3. Simmer until the noodles and rice are cooked through and the flavors meld, about 10-15 minutes.
