Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe melon, diced
  • 1/2 cup honeydew melon, diced
  • 1 medium red onion, diced small
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 4 tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and diced

Instructions

  1. Combine cantaloupe, honeydew, red onion, jalapenos, cilantro, and tomatoes in a large bowl.
  2. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Refrigerate the salsa before serving.
