Ingredients

  • 6 lb. Hamburg
  • 2 Onions
  • 12 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 (8 oz.) can Mushroom
  • 8 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
  • 6 (12 oz.) can Tomato Paste
  • 14 c. Water

Instructions

  1. Cook the hamburger in a large pot, breaking it into tiny pieces. Drain and rinse.
  2. Return the cooked hamburger to the pot.
  3. Run onion, celery, mushroom, and garlic through a food processor or grinder until it becomes a mush, then add to the hamburger.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 3 hours, stirring often.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite pasta.
